3. Account Requirements

To play DaoVerse, you must:

• Have a valid Discord account
• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Register using the Discord bot's /register command before accessing the web application
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Virtual Currency and Items

DaoVerse features virtual currencies and items including:

• Qi: Primary progression resource
• Spirit Stones: In-game earned currency
• Dao Coins: Premium currency
• Techniques, Items, and Equipment: Collectible game assets

Important notices:

• All virtual items have no real-world monetary value
• We reserve the right to modify, balance, or remove any virtual items
• Virtual currency and items are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Account progress may be subject to resets during beta testing or major updates

5. User Conduct

When using DaoVerse, you agree NOT to:

• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Use automated scripts, bots, or macros (except game-provided features like AutoRoll/AutoBattle)
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players
• Attempt to access others' accounts or game systems
• Manipulate or abuse game mechanics, economy, or trading systems
• Share account credentials with others

6. Sect and Social Features

DaoVerse includes sect (guild) features where players can collaborate. Sect leaders and members must follow community guidelines. We are not responsible for disputes within sects or between players, but reserve the right to intervene in cases of severe misconduct.

7. Gacha and Random Mechanics

The game includes gacha systems and random reward mechanics. All probabilities are designed to be fair, but specific drop rates may vary by realm and item rarity. Results are determined by random number generation and are final.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service, but:

• The game may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
• We may modify or discontinue features without prior notice
• Server issues or technical problems may affect gameplay
• We are not liable for any loss of progress due to service interruptions

9. Intellectual Property

All game content, including but not limited to graphics, text, code, game mechanics, and artwork, is owned by DaoVerse or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any game content without explicit permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Remove players from sects for misconduct
• Delete inactive accounts after extended periods
• Modify or discontinue the game at any time

11. Limitation of Liability

DaoVerse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. This includes but is not limited to loss of progress, virtual items, or data.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Major changes will be announced through in-game notifications or Discord announcements.

13. Governing Law
